Shipping & Handling

We offer many options for shipping. The majority of our orders within the US will usually take 2-5 business days.

Our shipping options go as follow:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
  • Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

Yes! We ship internationally. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea due to legal or shipping carrier limitations.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system.

Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to print & send your product. We print each apparel product to-order after it has been purchased from the customer. This process takes 2-5 business days depending on the order.

Please note: Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.  On average, customers receive their orders within 5 business days.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to orders@focused-carson.212-227-236-81.plesk.page, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Yes, all of our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers. When you submit your order, you will get a confirmation email and once we’ve made your items & shipped them, you’ll receive another email with the tracking code.

Returns

We’ll will accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on our website for return or exchange. Please email orders@focused-carson.212-227-236-81.plesk.page if you need to return your product.

All products must be returned within 3 weeks after the product has been received. If we receive your return within this period, we’ll credit your original form of payment or send a replacement as you prefer.  Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

It’s always a good idea to check our sizing chart before making an order so we highly recommend it.

Exchanges

Please send us an email to orders@sheisapparel if you wish to receive an exchange. We will send a replacement at not cost. We will need you to send pictures of the faulty items. Follow the same directions for returns and return your item to our warehouse. Once your exchange has been received and processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email.

Please Note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the details.
